🚶 Walking Directions (Approx. 5–7 minutes)

1. Exit Eastbourne Station through the main entrance onto Terminus Road.
2. Turn right onto Terminus Road and walk straight towards the Arndale Shopping Centre.
3. Keep walking along Terminus Road (towards the seafront) until you reach Cornfield Road.
4. Turn left onto Cornfield Road.
5. Walk a short distance and turn right into Avenue Lane.
6. You will see Avenue Mews just off Avenue Lane.
7. Number 4 Avenue Mews will be on your left-hand side.
